Appointments
I provide individual assessment and therapy sessions, both in-person in Frankston or via Telehealth (Zoom video call or phone call). You are more than welcome to bring your baby or child with you.
Fees for 2025
Standard appointment (50-minute+ session): $220
Medicare rebates: $141.85 (with a valid Mental Health Care Plan, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year)
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please let me know and we can discuss possible reduced fee options.
Payment is by credit/debit card, unless by alternative arrangement. Card details are stored on secure practice management software, and payment is processed at the end of each session, with a receipt emailed to you. At your request, I can apply on your behalf for any applicable Medicare rebates to be paid into the account you have registered with Medicare.

Circle of Security
I am a trained facilitator of the Circle of Security Parenting™ program, and currently offers this program to individual clients.
What is Circle of Security? At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
The program helps you to:
• Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read their needs
• Support your child’s ability to manage emotions
• Enhance the development of your child's self esteem
• Honour your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure
